The Varnish Academy is a training project of FarCo Sp. z o.o. The training sessions are dedicated to professionals and people who are just starting work in the varnish industry.

Both company owners and employees who want to broaden their knowledge in the field of powder coating take part in our trainings.

On the first day of training, participants will learn theoretical issues. The issues discussed are: principles of polymerization of powder paint coatings, automated or manual painting, construction and operation of equipment, principles of correct paint application, proper preparation of details, basic principles of health and safety in the paint shop, and quality control.

On the second day the so-called ‘Training Ground’, during which each participant has the opportunity to use the acquired knowledge in practice. Lacquer Academy classes are held at the FarCo Training Center, which is located in the company’s new headquarters.
